Job description (Paint Prepper): Thoroughly review each repair order prior to beginning work on the vehicle, complete all paint preparation processes for vehicles according to factory standards and prime, edge or jam replacement parts. Knows how to properly sand and prep for paint - for new parts and blend parts. Knows how to properly sand and featheredge surface for primer. Able to properly block panels for refinishing and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Job description (Spray Liner Technician): Clean and prep areas to be sprayed, spraying materials, ensuring the product was applied correctly, clean and maintain spray gun and be responsible for cleanliness of work area. Requirements: Some experience in prepping is considered an asset. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under time restrictions as well as working independently. The right candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, have a positive attitude, and have a solid work ethic. Pride and workmanship and the ability to work well with others is essential.
